Production times

As all items are created to order just for you, I must ask kindly for your patience and understanding.

With the very high amount of handmade orders I receive, the production time is comprised of the time to design and create your item so I currently have a 21 working dispatch period 

I make each order in sequence

Please note some items take longer ie: our engraved wooden height chart rulers or a full nursery package 

Urgent orders 

Please Contact Me BEFORE purchase if you need an order made urgently 

I will always try to get your order to you if you need it by a certain date, but this will be dependent on the amount of orders I already have and if it is at a peak time ie: Christmas

Postage

Most items are sent either by Royal Mail with proof of purchase or larger items will go via My Hermes or other courier

Please expect delays from Royal Mail at busy times of the year ie: Christmas

Overseas postage

All overseas items are sent via international signed for Royal Mail service from end to end
